I haven't posted this, because I don't want to memorialize not such fun events, but I'll post it now. At Gedalya's upsherin, at the bonfire, I wasn't able to see everything from behind the fence. I saw most of what was going on, but not all. At one point I just lifted my camera high to make a video. I just chose a random moment to start and stop. Upon seeing the video clip later that evening, I discovered that the video was of the boys getting their first snips! I watched as they lifted Gedalya up onto the table where all the upsherin boys stood. I saw the Rebbi lift the scissors and bring them to Gedalya's hair. And then... I saw the video end.
So I had no pictures of the actual first snip, and the video that could have been was not because of random timing.
Since I had a million or so photos recording every few seconds of that day, I didn't let it get to me. I put it out of my mind and that was that.
Then last week I was picking Zusha up from cheider and saw that they hung up pictures in their hallway:
and one of those pictures happened to be:
Since then, the principal of the Yeshiva gave us all the pictures and videos from that day, so now I have more than I could have imagined or wished for.
Right now they are sitting patiently in Hillel's USB drive, waiting for me to have a chance to sort through them and find the best ones of Gedalya. YAY!
And here are our Shavuos flowers.

And the flowers Zusha made in cheider!
I remember that cool pic I saw with you!
