Tiddles Bittles

I decided to get rid of my background. I post many pictures, so the page takes a long time to load as it is. I hope now that there is one less element to load, it will be faster. I like the clean, spacious look anyway.

Last week we went to a fair. I'm going to make a separate post about it, but meanwhile... there was a table there with a hedgehog, snake, and some sort of lizard with a blue tongue.

So on Friday, the boys decided to take turns being hedgehogs, snakes and some sort of lizards with blue tongues.
They crawled on the table and had me pour seltzer for them into the bottle cap so they can lap it up with their blue lizard tongues. Ooookay.... :D :P

Gedalya: How do you say "zup kichelech" in English?
Me: Croutons.
Gedalya: Noooo, crou cookies.
Me: What?
Gedalya: Kichelech in English are cookies. So zup kichelech are crou cookies. Crou is zup and cookies are kichelech.
Me: Gedalya, zup is soup in English.
Gedalya: No, you said croutons, but it's really crou cookies, so crou is zup.

Gedalya is a little left out of the "losing teeth" action, so last week he told the following story. He pointed to the cute little gap between his front teeth and said:
"You see? I had a tooth that fell out. It fell on the floor, and then on the wall. Then it fell out the window. You see that tree? See that little white spot on the tree? That's my tooth. Now a new, big tooth will grow for me on that tree!"
:haha:

Last week the boys were playing "bad men." They went around screaming and growling. LOL. Then Zusha took a straw, cut it into a few shorter pieces and announced that these are his "smoke sticks" (cigarettes.) Everyone knows that bad men have smoke sticks! lol.
He had me make a box for them from paper. Then they both went around, pretending to smoke into my face and saying, "I'm a bad man! I'm making you sick!"
Oy, those kids!

Today Zusha poured popcorn, potato chips and Bamba into the new container from the trains he got for his birthday.

He told Gedalya, "You're a hamster. This is your house. Get inside and eat your food." And Gedalya did. (The container is roughly one cubic foot. It was quite a sight! No pictures, since it was Shabbos.)

I convinced the boys to go to bed on time and not stay up for hours giggling and avoiding sleep at all costs by promising them that if they sleep nicely, I'll take a picture of all three of them in their matching pajamas in the morning. If they stay up too late, they'll oversleep and there will be no time for a picture. Haha. It worked.

Last week:

Zusha really wanted to help Adel to stand. I was nervous, but I did allow him for a few seconds.
Maybe it's because of this that Gedalya decided to take charge of Adel on Friday all by himself.
I placed Adi on the floor and went to take care of things. After a while, I heard her whimpering, but not crying, so I allowed myself to finish what I was doing before taking her. As I got up, Zusha, who was next to me, casually remarked (in a "Oh, I forgot to mention" tone of voice) "Oh, Gedalya's carrying Adel."
WHAT!?
I ran into the dining room, and indeed, there stood Gedalya, about twenty feet away from the spot where I put Adel, holding her under the arms. Adi was giving me her "I'm about to get annoyed" look.

As soon as he saw me approaching, he put Adel down and smashed her face on a suitcase that was right there. No damage done; Adel got over it quickly. I didn't. LOL.
