Zusha loves Adel to bits. What's more, he and Adel are the only two blue eyed members of our family. Before Adel arrived, Zusha was always bothered by the fact that everyone besides him has brown eyes. I really hoped that this baby would have blue eyes to keep Zusha company, and she does!
Zusha feels a bit closer to Adel because of this.
And Adel reciprocates the feelings.

ReplyDeleteit's funny...yet another similarity between us...while Chedva absolutely loves the baby and he laughs at her all the time, from the beginning SS was such a mammale to YY. they have a very unique connection. :)
ps that expression on Adel's face where she's looking up at Zusha (number two maybe), is gorgeous! so full of pure joy and happiness!
ReplyDeleteLOL, the earring part. He didn't remember it at first and brought it up later. I told him she'll get them when she'll be a big girl and that was that. :)

And yeah, Adel's expression says it all. She worships Zusha. If he's in the room and not paying attention to her, she will reach out and tap him or make "calling" noises until he turns to her. Haha.
well, YY entered this mostly Mommy only phase so he doesn't let the girls hold him much right now. he also started grabbing me and hiding his face, and clinging (i think you saw that). but it's funny, cause he holds on MUCH tighter than usual when new people are around. like, hey Mommy, don't even THINK about letting someone else hold me.

ReplyDeleteAdi is more or less easygoing in this area. She had some episodes a month ago where she'd sit in my mother's lap, look at me, look at her, look at me, looks back at her, try to figure out who is holding her. When she'd figure out it wasn't me, shed make a pouty lip for a few seconds and then resume being happy. LOL.
She even stayed alone with my MIL for about 20 minutes after not seeing her for 3 months.
