I woke up yesterday to a slight pain in my back, and as soon as I got up, I fell to the floor. My back hurt so much that I couldn't sit or stand. :( I had to crawl back into bed.
I couldn't get Zusha ready for cheider or put him on the bus. And it's not like I can go to the doctor or anything. Poor Adel wanted to get out of bed, but I couldn't pick her up.
I did figure out a way to stand- and angle at which the pain won't prevent me from standing. Today is a little better, but my house- what a MESS! I never realized just how much cleaning I do in a day until now. It's like a war zone.
