Handyman

It came to Zusha's attention that most of the doorways in our house have a metal latch for the doorknob to snap into. But the doorway of the bathroom does not.
So, the matter must be fixed.

Zusha took a discarded cardboard tube from the silver foil we were using to make our kitchen pesachdik and cut out a rectangle. In the middle of it, he cut out a circle. Then he asked me for a screwdriver and two screws. OK... I know not to argue with this child unless it's a very big issue. And this was not. So I gave him two screws and a screw driver.

And this is what he made!

Hard at work!

Almost done...

My funny, brilliant boy!

  2. He'd love to get his hands on a power drill. My husband let him use one when we were building the sukka, to drive in some screws. Oy! Glad I wasn't in the yard at that time, or I would have raised a stink and embarrassed myself. :P :P :P
