So this little bird... she didn't like the sprinklers. I'd put her near them and she'd growl. But when I'd swing her through them, she'd actually enjoy and laugh! So swing her I did. Then I dipped her feet into the water. For a second, then two. She'd get ready to wail, but I'd pull her out before she could start. So, bit by bit, day by day, she got used to the water. Eventually, she was able to sit in it quite happily!

She'd make faces when the kids splashed her, but she wouldn't cry!
There was a little boy who took a liking to her and kept coming over to pet her on the head. Heehee.
And now I have to pack a change of clothes for her, just like I do for the boys!
A couple more really cute fish that I just couldn't leave out!
