Yesterday... Today...

Yesterday we went to Zusi's house- Zusha's classmate. He has a couple of friends in cheider, and I'm very happy for him. There are bullies, but there are nice boys as well.

Zusi's younger brother, Shloimie, will be in Gedalya's class next year, so we are trying to have them play together a little as well.

On our way from Zusi's house to the park, we saw a hugemongous excavator, parked on the side of a street. The boys were admiring it, and I asked them if they'd like to step into the shovel part for a second. They did. And then, a crowd of boys who were standing and looking at the excavator from across the street ran right over and started climbing ALL. OVER. IT. They climbed all the way up onto the roof of the cabin! That looked like it was at least 10 feet tall. And my boys started it all. :)

This morning Zusha's bus Rebbe called to ask if Zusha was coming by bus. I didn't pick up because I was waiting already downstairs. When the usual time came and the bus still wasn't here, I called him back. I guess he thought that Zusha wasn't coming (since I didn't pick up the phone) and they skipped my stop. They went back to pick up Zusha 25 minutes later than usual, as a last stop. So that was nice. Zusha also decided that he wants to go on the bus himself! I stood on the stairs and watched him go in himself. :)

We don't know yet if we will cut Gedalya's hair on Lag Ba'Omer as planned, or THIS WEEK on his birthday. :o So I took a whole bunch of really nice pictures of him and his gorgeous hair, just in case.
Many of them came out looking professional! I'm so pleased. I hope to post them soon.
