One day this week Gedalya decided he wanted cookies. He asked me, but I didn't want to give him because I asked the kids to put away their toys many times but they ignored me. I told him to go clean up and then he'll get them.
He went off, and I continued to nurse Adel. Then I hear, "Please give me cookie."
Gedalya was asking the cleaning lady for help! She told him to ask his Mommy.
"Over there, a cookie!"
"Ask your Mommy."
"Open this, here."
I guess the cleaning lady agreed, because then Gedalya said, "Higher... higher..."
Until she got down the bag of cookies! She brought them over to me, laughing, and asked if she can give him. I said no.
(I got them to clean up, and for each toy they put away I put one of the mini cookies in a cup, which they ate in the end. :))
But oh, that was so hilarious!
