Baby Play

Adel'eh has a quiet time that she loves to spend in her crib. She listens to the music of the mobile and watches it spin. She also loves to look at herself in the mirror and swat at the little toys surrounding it.

We also got her this toy:

The main idea is that the baby should enjoy tummy time. She doesn't like to be put on her stomach on the bed or floor because as soon as her head starts drooping, her face gets buried into the surface beneath her. It also is not much too entertaining. But this is fun! She goes tummy down onto the pedestal and gets to look at the fun toys and designs on the flower petals. And the best part- the pedestal turns! Now we twirl her around on it and stop at every petal to explore it with her. But pretty soon she will be able to push herself around with her hands.

In her soft gym, making faces. :)

I just love this outfit of hers! The background is pretty busy, so I'll take some better pictures of her in it one day. The skirt is corduroy with embroidered horses- YUM! Paired with a white turtleneck and white tights. And cute little brown booties. :) I added the sweater later because it was chilly in just one layer. It goes pretty well together!

I will order the horsey skirt in a bigger size, as well as horsey tights. :)
