So on Rosh Chodesh (and one other day) I decided to dress them in their Shabbos outfits so we can take pictures and remember Shabbos!
Adicutiebaby:
The yingelech... I wasn't able to take such a clear photo of their clothes since they weren't too cooperative, but you can just make out the embroidered stripes at the front of their shirts (in earth tones).
These Shabbos caps look expensive, don't they? Such caps cost $30-$50 here in Boro Park. But I snagged these for $5 each! There is a store for teen girl clothes a little past Zusha's cheider. I've bought hats there for the boys before. There are usually many neutral option, such as a grey and black striped knit hat for the fall. So this time there were white caps, nicely tailored, with small visors (so they don't look like baseball caps) and with a white button by the visor. The style is just like the expensive ones.
And their plaid Shabbos shorts:
See the toys in their laps?
I found these little foam puzzles for 49 cents each!
You punch all the pieces out of a sheet and assemble them.
For $1 the boys got cute crafts to make and cute toys to keep!
What a great idea to dress them up and picture the outfits. I wish I had the patience for that!
