The Zusil

• Zusha is so tuned into Adel. He is really all over her and pays attention to her tiniest accomplishments. He kept checking her ear that was bent down when she was born every day until it straightened out. Another time Adel was lying on my lap, on her back. She lifted her head a little, and Zusha got so excited that she was able to do this!
• Another thing he did, which is a bit too smarty-pants for my taste... ;) He was in the bedroom with Adel, and he kept calling me to tell me something. I was working in the kitchen and couldn't come. Finally Zusha yelled, "Gedalya is climbing on the baby!!" I caught myself for a second... until I realized... Gedalya was right next to me! But is that a brilliant tactic to get me to come running, or what?!

• On Sunday, my in-laws came and we all went to Babies R Us. (Got some really cute Adel clothes! :D) We stopped off at the cheider to pick Zusha up first. In the car, I was looking at the new homework booklet he got that day. I wanted to read a little with Zusha, but he didn't really want to. So guess how he got out of it? "I can't read now because little children aren't allowed to talk while the car is going. It's dangerous, like talking while eating." Hahahahaaaa!
• On Shabbos I put on my skirt, and Zusha commented, "You have a small skirt. Because your stomach is small. See? You told me your stomach would become small after the baby will be born, and now it did!" (I guess that means I don't look pregnant anymore? :P)
