This is a great post! Just wanted to tell you that I broke down and bought and Ergo Carrier too. Apparently 23 pounds is my limit with Norrah in the regular holding position.

Yes, the Ergo is amazing. I recently traveled to the city with Adel (1.5 hours on trains and buses) and didn't put her in the stroller once. Next time I won't even take it along. It's just a hindrance on the subway stairs.
