Chol Hamoed Pesach, Day Two of Three

There was no real chol hamoed on Pesach this year. Thursday was the only full day. Then there was erev Shabbos, Shabbos, and erev Yom Tov again.
Despite, we tried to fit in as much fun as we could.

There was no time for trips, but we had a great time right where we were, around our neighborhood.

I packed up a bucket, a seltzer bottle full of tap water (the drinking fountain hasn't been turned on yet then), and a large paint brush.
And we set out to paint the park with water!

Doesn't it look fun?

We launched helicopters that I got at a 99 cents store.

There it goes!

They were cheaply made and fell apart after the first day, but at under two dollars, I'd say it was worth it!

We played on the grass and I took pictures upon pictures. When I was taking this particular picture of Adi, Gedalya thought it would be funny to ruin it. He ran towards Adel in order to block my view of her, but instead I got this yummy photo of the two of them. Heh heh.

And for a grand finale to this post, Adi will perform a magic trick!
Now you see it...

Now you don't!

You can click on the first picture to see what Adel is holding. I totally didn't notice anything while photographing, but a closer look at the photos later that day made me giggle. Seeing these two photographs one after the other in the camera makes me wonder where that little sprout went. I'd guess in Adi's mouth.
(And yes, despite what the backgrounds make you believe, these photos were taken one after the other. Adel didn't move at all; my camera did. I am constantly amused- and amazed- at how one flick of the wrist can alter a photo so much.)
