When I called Kolcraft, I also decided to mention my double stroller. The screws have been falling out of the handlebar, the foam on the children's bars has been eaten off on the first day, and one of the bars stopped snapping into the stroller seat on one side.

I had to pay for the basket, because I have that carriage for over a year, and it's about time for it to deteriorate considering all the shlepping it has done in its short life.
But the customer service representative offered the hardware to fix the loose screw problem for free. She also included canvas covers for the (now foamless) children's bars. Then she told me that they developed a wider and deeper seat, and they will be sending those out as well- for FREE! And she also put me on the waiting list to receive another seat frame, since one of them stopped locking the children's bar. The seat frames are on back order.
I received all the items in just a few days! Wow!
So I replaced the basket on the single stroller... eh... it's not great. I don't know if they changed the design, or what... but it is a little smaller, doesn't lie as nicely and the front wheel rubs against it sometimes. I might write to the company, since this is actually a piece that I paid for, so I expect it to be at least as good as the original.
The seats for the double stroller- it took some time and effort, but we replaced them! They are so clean and fresh! And there is more room for my puffy, wrapped up snowboys to sit more comfortably. I will still save the old seats.
Tomorrow I'll replace the screws in the handle.
