We just took it easy and spent some time in a nearby park.
Monday
We went to the "far park" and had a great time with water balloons! I also got sopping wet, but it was great!

Tuesday

So many fun games!
After the library we went to the park and the kids played on the parallel bars. Hanging up-side-down, right-side-up, climbing, swinging...
They had a really fun time!
Thursday
We had bought a kit to make little bouncy balls recently, and on Thursday we made them! The kids really had a great time, and we have some materials left over to do it again!

First you take these packets of crystals:
And pour them carefully into the differently shaped forms. The boys liked to use a few colors for each ball.
Then when it's full, you dip it in a cup of water and keep it there for a minute or so.
Leave it out to dry for a few minutes, and then when you open it...
You have a fun ball to play with!
They really bounce high as long as they don't get dried out. They last for several weeks in their rubbery state and then dry out.
