Poor Old Potty

Due to an unfortunate mishap, our hard-working potty broke 2 weeks ago after a chair fell on it. We were all very sad. Unfortunately, I didn't get to take a picture to commemorate it before it was sent on it's next journey to the garbage truck.

I went to the store where I bought it, but they didn't have any left, and weren't planning to order more. :( And it's doesn't have a brand that I can look for anywhere else either.

So I ordered another type of potty instead.


I let Gedalya choose the color. We narrowed it down to yellow or pink, and pink won!
When we got it on Thursday, Zusha was just a tiny bit jealous of Gedalya's new potty and started running around with it. Gedalya was chasing him and crying. The problem was solved by letting Zusha (who has been using the real toilet for about a year now) be the first one to make in the potty. That appeased him a little.

Another day Zusha decided he wanted to use the potty instead of the toilet again. This time Gedalya was standing over him and saying, "Duta's dutie lellue!" (Zusha's potty is yellow!) I guess since Gedalya's final decision was between pink and yellow and he chose pink, he figured that the yellow one would be for Zusha!!
