Biker Gal

I decided to put Adel on the boys' baby bike just for fun.

I didn't expect her to LOVE it so MUCH! She was so excited- smiling and laughing. :) I didn't know whether to take pictures, video, or just to watch and enjoy. So I did a little of each.

She rocked back and forth to try to make it move like the big boys do, and every time she'd succeed in moving it a bit, the look of joy on her face was indescribable!
See for yourselves:

A Fun Visit

My in laws came again last week, and this time my sister in law came along, too!

Adi enjoying a game of peekaboo with Aunt Masha.

Then we went out for a little walk...

Back home again... Adel fell in love with Aunt Masha's silk scarf!

Abstract Photography by Gedalya

Yaya

Gedalya needed an excuse to play with the dials on the newly installed air conditioner.
He approached it, and to remove all suspicion, he said, "I'm so cold! I need to make myself warm."
:D

And here he is with his chocolate, the love of his life...

Hoarding it in his cheek like a hamster. :)

A "First" for Me

Zusha's friend from cheider has a little brother Gedalya's age. He turned three a couple of weeks ago and his mother asked me if I could take upsherin photos of him. Of course, I agreed!

We met at the park. This boy is a little shy and will not cooperate if a stranger asks him to do something. He sat next to his mother, and the first few photos all looked like this:

I asked Gedalya to blow bubbles to distract him, and it worked a little.

Then I suggested that we go into the grassy ball field and I'll take photos while Shloimy plays ball with his mother.

It worked great!

We got some really nice shots that way. Yay!

Waaaah

Guess which teething maidele baby has been whining in high pitch all the G-d given day?

"Who, me? Surely my Mama is mistaken. I would never do anything like that."

Tooth #4, please make your appearance and save my sanity!

Yesterday

Yesterday wasn't a great day. Suffice it to say, getting stuck in a downpour was the best thing that happened to us all day.

Zusha: Oh! Why didn't you take rain coats and umbrellas?
Me: I didn't know it would rain.
Zusha: So why didn't you check the weather?
Me: I did! It said it would rain only at night.
Zusha: Oh, he lied! The weatherman doesn't know anything. Don't listen to him anymore.
